Ambient-temperature porogen-free method for preparation of silica-based macroporous materials

چکیده

The presented work focuses on the synthesis of silica-based macroporous aggregates composed silica nanoparticles using a template-free method. To improve mechanical strength prepared fractal-like aggregates, precursor tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) is used during nanoparticle aggregation. obtained results confirm possibility to tailor pore size distribution (PSD) simply by primary particles various sizes. porous materials have porosity ranging from 60% 74% with specific surface area between 10 and 200 m 2 /g an average diameter 30 1300 nm. Functionalization aggregate was done replacing part TEOS that contained desired functional groups. This demonstrated preparing carboxyl, amine epoxy application immobilization urease Canavalia ensiformis resulting in high enzyme activity compare free enzymes.
